Custom Conditioner Application_

_Be your own hair god with this ‘how to’ apply your new custom colour conditioner_

Custom Conditioner Application:

• Shampoo/rinse hair twice using cold water.

  *We like to do this over a sink so you don’t have to get in and out of the shower or get your body cold

• Towel dry hair until it’s fluffy!

• Apply your Custom Conditioner wherever you need the colour refreshed

  *Wear gloves and be sure to keep it clear from any white surfaces or clothes ;) If you have natural hair areas you don’t need the colour refreshed on - you can use your usual conditioner on those areas to limit colour wastage.

  *If the hair is naturally darker than the custom colour (regrowth or natural panels) you can rest assured that it will not affect the natural hair other than giving it a soft reflect of shine and depending on the tone it can give you a shimmer of tone in the sun but in all cases it will give you some scalp staining so if you don’t require it on the regrowth just apply to the hair that appreciates it and save yourself the product and staining.

• Leave the product in your hair to process for 20 minutes

• Rinse with cold water thoroughly

  *No need to wash or condition again but if you have panels you were refreshing the colour in you can direct the custom conditioner product where needed and apply your usual colour free conditioner in your remaining hair while the colour processes.

• Dry hair immediately or remove excess water along with an application of your stylist recommended ‘Leave-In Conditioner’ to protect skin and clothes from staining with newly pigmented wet/dripping hair.

Frequency: Custom Conditioner can be applied once a fortnight or once a month depending on how vivid you’d like to keep your hair and how well behaved you’ve been with the cold water washes. We recommend that you break each application up with your usual stylist recommended conditioner so the hair receives a balance of nourishment and colour.

To keep your colour as bright as possible by always washing with cold water and keeping your hair dry under a shower cap for all other shower times.

Remove hairline staining by rubbing some hand sanitiser on the skin and cleaning bleach for any shower/laundry tiles or sinks ⛓️🩶
